Helping Families in Gaza for Nowruz!

Hello! Eid Mobarak to everyone!

Our names are Mondana and Roxana and we are putting together a fundraiser for families in Gaza. We have both worked tirelessly to connect with various families currently enduring the atrocities in Gaza and to personally fund them. However, those funds have now been tapped out. We find ourselves in a position of having to reach out to our community to see if we can raise funds for these families.

With the upcoming Persian New Year, we would like to honor the values that we have both been taught through our Persian heritage. These values include taking care of others within our extended community, which includes families in Gaza. As children of Iranian immigrants, we know firsthand just how difficult it can be to survive circumstances beyond our control.

Times are hard and we know this. Anything you can donate will help us. Every single penny donated will be given directly to families in need. We have established contacts and relationships with these families and can send funds directly. As you may have heard, the price of food, medicine and necessities has skyrocketed and these funds will directly aid in the procurement of those necessities.

Thank you for paying attention to this. We are trying to save lives, as best we can, in honor of the spirit of Nowruz.
