Helping Families survive Quarantine in Colombia
Imagine spending the Quarantine hungry, in a bed you have to share, no Netflix and no access to healthcare.
This is the reality for a lots of indigenous families and Venezuelan refugees in Colombia.
Being quarantined often means no income and no idea how to provide food for the family. Government support and medical aid is mostly non existent for the poorest of the poor.
But we can make a difference. After living in Colombia and living in close proximity to families in extreme poverty I have seen the direct positive impact each Euro can make in the lives of these families.
With as little as 5 Euros a family can be provided with food for a week, 20 Euros will feed them for a month.
I am grateful for each small contribution as I know that everyone is struggling with their own situations. Each contribution is even more appreciated in the current situation.
The collected money will go to a German foundation called Kinderhilfe für Kolumbien . It is privately run and the money, no money is spent on Marketing and all the support they get is voluntarily so that the money can go straight to those who need it most.
Thanks a Million for your support.
