Coy Brooks Medical Expenses

There is this woman, Coy Michelle Brooks (my fiancée, mother of three, home healthcare provider ) who gets more joy outta life from making sure that others have what they need. Even if that means that she goes without. She truly is one of those people. Her true passion is helping those that are less fortunate. On a daily basis, she puts the needs of others before her own.

Unfortunately, she was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Lymphoma is a form of cancer that attack’s your lymph nodes. They are glands that collect infection and help you fight it off. She has it in her neck, groan, chest and lungs. I know that sounds bad, however the doctors feel as though it has been caught in time to fix it. The problem is, this type of treatment is astronomical expensive, and far away.

I started this not knowing what to say. We aren’t the type of people to take charity. But I tell you, cancer is a humbling disease. All I know is, I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure that I have done all I can to help this amazing woman.

I’m not sure if I did this right. Or if anyone out there can help. All I know is, GoFundMe has helped people get gaming systems, trips and concert tickets. I feel the reason that I am writing this today, is why it was founded. It was put in place to help those that TRULY need assistance getting what they need. I wish that all we needed was to replace a stolen game system. What I am asking for, is help to save the life of the most thoughtful, caring, loving and supportive person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
