A Helping Hand for Officer Jacob Derbin's Loved Ones
Donation protected
Euclid Police Officer Jacob Derbin was tragically killed in the line of duty on May 11th, 2024. Officer Derbin was responding to a disturbance call when he was ambushed the night before Mother's Day. Officer Derbin was only 23 years old and was on the force for less than 1 year. Officer Derbin served in the Army National Guard and did a tour in the Middle East. Jacob and his fiance were happily planning to be married this upcoming July. His father is currently an active policeman in the Euclid Police Department. Jacob was a courageous, skillful, and dedicated public servant. Jacob was doing all the right things in life. His family needs our support. Please donate to Officer Jacob Derbin's Memorial Fund. All funds raised will go to the Derbin Family and his fiance.
I grew up on East 210th Street in Euclid. One street over from this tragedy. My fellow former Euclidians and I could not sit by and watch without taking action. To help the Derbin Family and Jacob's fiance, I started this GoFundMe. I thought a GoFundMe was the best way at the time, to help, and in a manner that I could help.
Rest assured. GoFundMe controls the funds in this fundraiser. Only a designated beneficiary from the Derbin family can receive the funds. GoFundMe has provided a Customer Support representative to help us during the fundraiser.
Thank you for your support. - Adam Brown
