PLEASE HELP US! We are so struggling!!

We Are NOT Making it!!!

My husband Terry and I are on Social Security, so we are on very limited income to say the least. We had to sell our home that was in great shape to buy a much cheaper home, just to to survive, we thought we could.. that is. This house needs so much work!! The roof is leaking in several places and the home insurance will not cover much for the repairs!

Again, We are both on Social Security. I'm 77 years old and have COPD. My husband Terry is 65 and has Coronary Heart Disease, had a triple bypass and stents and has COPD as well. He was just recently diagnosed with an anerisium on the left side on main artery which could erupt at anytime but unable to do surgery at this time. So neither one of us can work, much less try to fix this house. I'm afraid if we don't get the roof fixed, we'll end up with mold in our home and that definitely doesn't go well with COPD that we both have.

We've never ever asked for help but our health is getting worse. Everything has gone up, gas, electric bills, all bills, groceries, medications, etc, as you all know today how everything has gone up. And our income is still so extremely limited. We are barely surviving, to say the least. We even tried several times to get onto food stamps but according to the government we make like $16.00 over the amount to get approved for that as well. How sad is that?!

Can you please give us a helping hand?? We need help!!!!!!
