Helping Hand for Single Dad's Medical Bills

I need some help. When my health declined last fall, the bills piled up fast. Even with my insurance, the copays for appointments, prescriptions, procedures, and cardiac rehab total over $11,000 with another surgery upcoming. For my situation, this has been catastrophic. As most of you know, I've been doing the single-dad thing for a few years now. The boys and I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, and we make the most of all we have, but there is nothing to spare, and my account is often in the negatives again as soon as I get paid. So far, I've stayed afloat by robbing Peter to pay Paul and with help from my dad, but things have snowballed. I've put off all the bills I can, but the ones that needed to be paid directly out of pocket were more than my already tenuous finances can handle. My credit is maxed, there are no savings, and there is simply nothing left to draw on for daily living, let alone medical bills. Everything I do is to provide for and be present for my boys.
