Memorial for Steve Summers

My dad, Steve Summers, died unexpectedly on August 13th, 2024. He suffered a stroke and had an adverse reaction to the normally life saving medication that they administer for stroke patients. Less than 3% of patients have this reation, and my dad died from a massive brain bleed from the medication. We are still in utter shock and trying to process what happened. My dad didn't have life insurance and my parents were living off thier social security and odd jobs that my dad would pick up. I am hoping to raise enough funds to have a memorial service for my sweet dad in the next week or so. We have the cremation costs covered, but need a little over $2000 to have a proper memorial for him and for our family to try and bring some sort of closure to this sudden life taken from us. We appreciate any help that we can get to try to make this memorial happen. All money will go to the memorial and any extra funds will go to help my mom pay her bills now that my dad is gone.
