Helping Hands For The Auten’s

Mike and Michelle Auten are no strangers to dealing with the heart condition their son Nathan has. Nathan has had a mechanical heart for several years. Nathan recently had the flu which lead to septic shock from a blood infection and was immediately taken to DeVos where he continues to get care! He is currently developing fevers! They are determining by diagnostics and a heart scan to determine the reason for his fevers before he can return to his home!. Nathan is a freshman in highschool. He has twin sisters. As we can all understand the stress physical and mentally takes it toll. Mike and Michelle have taken time off work to care for Nathan, to be there for every doctor's visit as well as trying to maintain their girls' life as normal. I am asking we all give up a cup of coffee or skip lunch out this week. Our little sacrifice can help them with all this brings. Many of us will never know exactly how they feel, but I know we ALL know what it means when people help. Please consider donating to the Auten family.
