Helping Heal Hunters Heartworm

I'm raising money for my sweet  Labrador Hunter, who has been recently diagnosed with what is very rare. At least here in Riverside Co, this year only 2 dogs have been tested positive for... heartworm disease. last year only 40 were positive.
The longer Hunter waits for urgent treatment, the more severe damage to his heart and lungs.
Hunter will need to receive a series of 3 shots called Adulticide. This is a aggressive treatment to kill all of the heart worms and not just the larvae. Each injection will cost around $500. He will have stay in a kennel with absolutely no activity. to reduce the risk of a sudden embolism. He is currently on what is called a "Slow Kill" treatment. this can take up to 7 years for him to be Heartworm free. Meanwhile there is constantly damage being done to him.

Hunter has been an amazing best friend without a doubt. He is always happy and seems to be smiling ( the way we all know our dogs do) he loves all people and shows it every time he greets you, doesn't even have a mean bone in his body. Helping him fight this battle will be highly appreciated more than anyone could ever know.
