Helping Jay's Family Heal After Tragic Loss

We lost our beloved Jay Jay to a violent act of hate. Jay meant the world to so many people and in an instant, he was taken away from us. He was an amazing brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Jay went to work at Jameson’s Pub, doing what he loves, and we never thought we wouldn’t see him again.

Jay became a provider and father figure to his family at a young age when they lost their father unexpectedly. He raised his baby sister, helped his brother in times of need, and cared for his mother when she became ill. Jay was compassionate and put his family first. He was the best uncle to his nephews and niece, who absolutely adored him. Jay would spend every day off he had with his young niece and nephew. He looked forward to spending those days with them, and his brother and sister equally looked forward to seeing their big brother, Jay.

Jay’s last days were spent taking his niece and nephew out for ice cream and enjoying quality time with them and his sister.

This senseless act of hate has immensely devastated a family that was full of love and joy. Our hearts are forever broken and our family will never be the same without the patriarch of the family.
