Helping Mama : A Chance for Life: Rhonda Eldridge

If you know my mama, you know she's a real fighter. She's the rock of our family, and she's been through some tough times. Mama has battled with her liver and kidneys for quite some time now. She's dealing with NASH, cirrhosis of the liver, and renal failure. It's been a real rollercoaster, with medications and doctors not always communicating effectively.

Now, she's in need of a transplant, and this is where we could really use your support. After countless hospital visits and dialysis sessions, we've got an important appointment coming up in Gainesville, Florida, at Shands University of Florida. This appointment could potentially put her on the list for a life-saving transplant.

Unfortunately, mama hasn't been able to work since November 2022 due to her health issues. She had to retire, and we all know that SSI doesn't quite cut it when it comes to covering the cost of living. That's where you come in. We need your help to get mama to this crucial appointment.

The funds we raise will go towards lodging because, unfortunately, the facility couldn't provide that for us. We'll also need money for gas and food while we make the trip to Gainesville. No amount is too small – every penny adds up!
