Helping Moaz and his family rebuild their lives

Dear Generous Hearts,

My name is Moaz Al-Ashqar, and I come to you from Gaza with a story that I hope will move you. My family and I have endured more than words can express—displacement, hunger, disease, and the loss of everything we once held dear.

We had a home, a place where my dreams for the future were born. But today, that home lies in ruins, completely destroyed by the conflict. I once hoped for stability, peace, and a secure future for my family. But those hopes have been shattered, and now we face an overwhelming daily struggle for survival.

We live with polluted water, and my children suffer from malnutrition. There is never enough food, no medicine, and even the most basic necessities are out of reach.

Before the destruction, I had a small business that provided for my family and kept us hopeful. Today, that business is gone, and with it, our means of survival. Without work, I rely on prayer, trusting that God will provide for us. But now, you are our only hope.

This is a plea for help. We are invisible to the world, forgotten in the shadows of war, but we are still here, holding onto hope through your kindness. Any donation, no matter how small, could be the difference between hunger and a meal, between despair and a glimmer of hope for my family.
