HELP A SENIOR VETERAN SMILE AGAIN! WE NEED YOU!

Mr. Jim is an Air Force Veteran, stage 4 cancer survivor, father, and one of our Adopt A Grandparent Program participants. He's also an amazing person.

Last November Mr. Jim experienced a dental emergency that caused numerous broken teeth, whose jagged edges caused cuts and bleeding. You can imagine the pain he has been in and eating is terribly difficult.

Mr. Jim's Medicare and VA insurance do not cover the care he needs to fix his teeth and we weren't able to get any assistance from outside organizations. Mr. Jim can't wait 1-2 years, he needs help now.

A search of local dentists led him to someone who can help and is offering the oral maxillofacial surgery and tooth replacement at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately, this is more of an expense then Mr. Jim can afford and we want to help him smile (and eat) again!

The Fisher Outreach Group, Inc.'s Adopt A Grandparent Programs work with local low income seniors that may not have a strong support system. It is our goal to help where we can and remind these seniors that they are not alone or forgotten.
