Helping my Dad Jamie Bowen fight injury-cancer

Hi my name is Lissette Borunda. My dad Jamie Bowen needs help. He is always the one we go to for help and he is always willing to help friends and family in any way he can and now he needs help. On February 23rd he was walking down his stairs at home and slipped and fell down the stairs. He had to go to the emergency room where he was admitted to the hospital. They did a lot of tests and found that he fractured 3 of his vertebrae (L1-L2-L3). During several tests, they found lesions on his lower spine. Then more test's found that he has prostate cancer that has spread to his spine (MSCC cancer). He is going to be out of work and unable to provide for my 3 siblings who still live at home and also his mother and aunt who live with them. He is going to need surgery on the spine to hopefully remove some lesions. They are building a plan for chemo and treatments. He has a long road ahead of him figuring out how to walk correctly again and building his strength and kicking cancer's butt. He is having a tough time since he went from walking several miles a day and working 55-60 hours a week to having no job and can barely walk up and down stairs without pain and getting tired fast. We do not like seeing him like this and the last thing he needs to worry about while recovering is financial stress, We know he would greatly appreciate any help and prayers anyone could help him with during this difficult time.
