In the heart of Gaza City, amidst conflict, destruction, genocide, and resilience, Nour Harara, a 19-year-old, embarked on her educational journey in her first year of university. Her joy was not complete upon graduating from the final academic year of high school, where she achieved a remarkable 96% in the scientific branch of her diploma. The joy was indescribable at that time; her ambition and determination were to specialize in the field of pharmacy, a dream she realized with her exceptional grades. She enrolled at Al-Azhar University in the pharmacy program she had always dreamt of, considering it a significant milestone in achieving her dream, but war interfered.

Nevertheless, this did not deter her from pursuing her dream, determined to reconstruct what war had shattered. However, the financial burden is significant. Nour resides in the northern Gaza Strip, where destruction, devastation, high living costs, and the inability to afford the remaining tuition fees hinder her educational journey at the university. Her online learning is contingent upon the full payment of academic costs, where each semester costs $1000 and comprises ten semesters to complete the pharmacy program. Additionally, there are high costs associated with telecommunications and the internet, a lack of suitable devices for e-learning, safe study environments, as well as frequent mobility and displacement challenges.
