I am reaching out to you with an urgent request for support.I am in desperate need of assistance to secure funds to evacuate my family of nine from Gaza and to pay off my university expenses, which have become unmanageable due to the ongoing conflict and bombings in the region.

My name is Hala and I am 18 years old.

I came from a family of 9 members.I graduated from high school last year and started preparing myself to begin my university life to achieve my dream of studying human medicine.However, the outbreak of conflict in Gaza on October 7, 2023, has derailed my plans and put my family at risk.

We have witnessed death countless times but miraculously survived.In fear for our lives, my family and I have had to flee our home from the north to the south of Gaza, leaving behind everything we owned.we were informed that relocating to the southern part of the Gaza Strip would ensure our safety;However, it has become evident that these were false claims, The relentless bombings and missile attacks persist throughout the region, leading us to believe that this is a deliberate strategy employed by the occupying forces to displace civilians from their homes and land.

My family and I have endured hardships including hunger and scarcity of basic necessities like water.The lack of water for drinking and bathing forces my brother to fetch water every morning.Then, we discovered that our homes had been destroyed, including the cherished memories we had created inside them.Now, we find ourselves without a place to house my family.Sadly, we recently learned of the death of my uncle, aunt and their children due to the destruction of their homes above their heads.The profound shock of their loss is a burden I have difficulty bearing with it.As I reflect on these events, I am unsure of how to rebuild our lives, realize my aspirations to pursue education and move forward from this devastating ordeal.
