Helping My Mother Beat Cancer
Donation protected
This is for my Mother Tammy Reed. After all the years of her taking care of me, I want to help her as much as I can and that means asking others for help. She is currently going through breast cancer and is also drowning herself in debt. I have done as much as I can but with how expensive the health system is, it's not enough. Tammy has worked for a hospital for 23 years. After her position was removed she changed to home health care taking care of her family and others. Working on your own doesn't include good health care. Tammy has been waiting for Medicare to activate but has had to get treatment before it did.
Treatment has not been easy for Tammy. Tammy has been in and out of the hospital getting blood and medication to help boost her system just so she's not susceptible to the most basic bacteria that we all can handle. Her husband has been disabled and hasn't been able to work for the last 15 years but he is still able to be there for her and take her to treatment and to the hospital. To change gears, I'm so disappointed with myself that I can't do more. I travel for a living and can't be there for Tammy like my father is. He loves her so much. They have been married for 32 years and their love is more prevalent than ever. They both inspire me to have a bond like theirs. Love like theres isn't normal anymore and I hope it motivates others to strive for something they have been missing.
I wish life was more predictable. No matter if you work for the place that should take care of you, if you do everything right, and if you take care of yourself like you should, life always has different plans. Any donations will be used to go towards Tammy's treatment and to pay off the people that have already helped her.I appreciate any help from anyone. Thank you so much for listening to her story. She is so important to me.
