Helping Nate Cochran & Family

A few months ago Nate was having some symptoms that caused some concern and was pushed to see a doctor by his loved ones. After lots if blood work and some testing they discovered his white blood cell count and platelet counts were at extremely alarming levels. They also determined he had a funky mutation in his blood called the JAK2 gene. They diagnosed him between something called Thrombocytopenia and Myleofibros. Basically a blood cancer in his bone marrow. He had to have a bone marrow biopsy and if it progresses any he could eventually need a bone marrow transplant.

Well that is just the tip of the ice burg, unfortunately. Shortly after this diagnosis his doctor recommended a brain MRI due to the fact that some of his symptoms were not coinciding with what he had. He has been suffering severe headaches, blurred vision, numbness in his legs and arms. And dizzy spells to the point vomiting. They found a 2.5 cm tumor on the MRI. Operating would be very high risk of bleeding out. He started chemotherapy about a week ago.

This has all put a very heavy toll on him and his families life. He has a fiance and 2 step children. Nate did have a great job but is no longer able to operate equipment due to a of this. As of right now he is only doing small side jobs as his fiance Melissia is working full time to try and make ends meet. With the side effects chemo has it is unpredictable when and if Nate will be able to return to a full time job. Medical bills are stacking along with "everyday life" expenses like rent, vehicle payments, insurance and everything else.
