Helping Noe Alejandro Perez Sinaloa

My name is Amber Sciacca, I am putting together this GoFundMe for Noe Alejandro Perez Sinaloa.  Noe is my fiancé, the father of our 17 month old daughter and my other half. In the evening of May 8th my fiancé Noe was shot in the neck and transported to the los Robles hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition on a ventilator in the medical icu. Noe was in a coma and given one week to improve, & the hospital had no hope or certainty of him waking up. Thankfully on the last day of the week he had opened his eyes and was able to nod his head in response. As of now he is back asleep but we remain hopeful that he will recover given time. When Noe does fully awake he will need 24/7 fulltime care as he will be paralyzed from the chest down and unable to vocalize or advocate for himself. Intense pain, discomfort, and anxiety have been constant and will likely increase as he progresses through. He will have no movement in the left arm and the amputation of the right hand and possible forearm. Due to having a massive stroke he has no brain activity on the right side and will be on dialysis possibly for the rest of his life waiting for a transplant. As his family, we are committed to providing him with every resource and opportunity to rehabilitate to have a meaningful quality of life.

 We remain hopeful but are asking for any help in any way as Noe does not qualify for disability or any state help. There are many immediate needs and cost that will not covered my medical insurance, such as a wheelchair, making our home wheel chair accessible, transportation , medical supplies and any other needs he may require on his long road to recovery. With any money that is raised will go directly towards anything to help make Noe as comfortable as possible. At this point we only want to give him the medical treatment and care that he deserves!
