Help Build Orphanage in Nyanza region Kenya

Hello my name is Sandra Dass I created this Go Fund Me page in order to raise funds to help build two orphanages for orphans and abandoned children to get them of the streets by providing a safe home in Oyugis village Nyanza region Kenya with your donation you will be contributing to helping make this mission possible for these orphans and to give them a better chance at life in terms of a loving and caring home where they will be taught love, respect and value for their life and also have the chance to attend the nearby school and get an education.

Also to build a commercial kitchen to provide food for the orphanages and the nearby Primary school of 480 students. This project is a joint collaboration between myself and Mr. Joseph Oliech who lives and runs the operations in Kenya by providing food and clothing for orphans on the streets.I live in Canada and travel to Kenya for this cause.My ultimate goal is to provide a fighting chance at life for those who don't have many odds to succeed in life and bring value to their existence.

In the 1990’s I organized Christmas dinners for many underprivileged children that came from different regions of Montreal. These events were very popular as they were sponsored by big companies such Western Union ,Toronto Dominion Bank , Cjad Radio and Fubu clothing.This initiative provided presents and costumes as the event was a Christmas party with a Caribbean flavour. These events were organized to provide help and bring joy to 300 underprivileged children. 

In 2017, I lost my daughter in law to Cancer as she was 31 years old and mother of three young children .Her passing gave me a new challenge and added value to my life facing now to help my son raise his kids . This tragic situation allowed me to rediscover my passion to help children in need .

Our goal is to raise $50000 CND in order to:

- [ ] Build two children’s orphanage houses and one commercial kitchen

- [ ] Orphanage house for children aged 5 to 13

- [ ] Orphanage house for newborns up to age 5

- [ ] Children will have access to food, shelter and education

- [ ] Children will be in sports, reading and educational games programs

- [ ] Commercial kitchen will provide food to 2 orphanage centers and a 480 student primary school
