Helping Our Neighbors -- Ashford Ave Fire, Ardsley

Last Saturday December 5th, a fire raged in the apartment building on the corner of Ashford Avenue and Fairmont in Ardsley [553 Ashford Avenue]. Fast action by the Ardsley Fire Department with help from neighboring fire companies was able to control the fire. But a number of families -- some with children -- were left homeless at the start of this pandemic holiday season with just the clothes on their backs.

Ardsley has always been a village that takes care of our own. A GoFundMe has been set up for the family/apartment where the blaze began, that suffered the most damage. This GoFundMe page is to help the rest of the families devastated by the  fire. Funds can be used to help them get back on their feet. We'll evenly (and transparently) divide all funds raised among the other apartments.
