Helping Out Courtney Horn

Every now and then, life presents us with an opportunity to make a profound difference in someone's life. Today, as we find ourselves at this pivotal moment of empathy, we ask you to consider the impact that a single act of generosity can have on the course of my friend Courtney Horn’s future.  Not only is she my friend, but she is a great and dependable employee who hasn’t been able to work much at all.

On Friday, September 1st, Courtney was working out at the gym when she suddenly passed out, falling face-first. This terrifying accident resulted in not only a broken nose but also multiple fractures in her facial bones. She was swiftly rushed to Harris Downtown Hospital, where she underwent a Trauma ENT surgery the following morning. The procedure involved the use of plates and screws to stabilize her facial bones. This surgery was not only intensive but also marked the beginning of a challenging recovery journey.

As you can imagine the mounting medical bills have begun to arrive. Unfortunately, Courtney does not have health insurance, and the bills are staggering.  As Courtney focuses on her recovery, the weight of these medical expenses loom over her, adding stress to an already challenging journey. We believe that no one should have to face such a daunting financial burden while healing from a traumatic experience.
