Helping Rachel Win The War Against Cancer

Many of you have heard the news about

Rachel being diagnosed with cancer. Below is her announcement that she posted on

Facebook:

 

“Good morning friends. I don't know an easier way to share what's been going on this month, but to update here. I have gone through my friends list extensively to declutter so that I share with only those who are friends and not just numbers. I will not be candy coating. On June 6th I started having strange symptoms. Extreme itching...no rash, dark pee and jaundice. I have been in and out of the hospital for 12 days with no relief to symptoms. I was diagnosed on June 15th with chloangiocarcinoma. Cancer in a bile duct, inoperable. I sat in shock to hear this for a second time in my life. It has been a hell of 3 weeks. I head to John's Hopkins on the 1st.. helps to have gone through it before and have the best pediatric oncologist in the world. Thanks Dr. Small...he got me the best for this type of cancer. I don't know what life holds for me the next few months. You know me... no time to cry about it, gotta fight. Warrior is ready! Please only send good vibes and anything funny my way. No questions because I don't have answers, yet. They do believe this is secondary cancer due to previous cancer treatments. Thank goodness science has improved since 1987. Ready to fight”

 

We all love and care for Rachel immensely! She is going to need lots of love, support, prayers, & good vibes. She also will not be able to work this summer as she will be getting treatments to get rid of the cancer. Any monetary help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Rachel needs an army to stand side by side with her to help her battle. She is a warrior and she WILL be victorious!!!
