Hello, I'm Andrea, and together with my husband, our spiritual father and a group of friends, we are working to raise funds for our friend Ricardo and his family as they navigate the challenging path of battling stage 4 colorectal cancer. Like many who have faced this difficult journey, the financial struggles that accompany it can add a layer of stress to an already challenging situation. We, as a group of friends, are doing our best to contribute and alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with this already arduous and painful illness. Our prayers persist for God's miracles, guidance, and provision to support this family. Here is a little more information about them.

Ricardo Zelaya has been a devoted pastor for 24 years. He and his family have been serving God and their community faithfully and joyfully over this time. Today he is facing a heart-wrenching battle with colorectal cancer.

His four children, Fernanda, Adriana, Ricardo, and Diego, depend on him as the main provider.

Despite initial remission, the cruel return of cancer in June 2023 has led to nine emergency hospitalizations and two surgeries in the past 7 months.

Currently undergoing grueling chemotherapy and radiation, the success of which is pivotal for potential surgery.

Though grateful for insurance coverage, the financial burden of treatment and household expenses weighs heavily on his shoulders. Join us in supporting Ricardo and his family during this tragic chapter, as he fights not only for his life but for the well-being of his cherished family.
