Helping Sandy Housman (Hebein) & Family
Donation protected
Sandy (Hebein) Housman has been in the hospital since January 16th fighting for her life. No one is sure why but her kidneys and liver started to fail. She was on dialysis as they searched for answers. They told her family that she might not make it and then she contracted COVID one in a half weeks later while in the hospital in Merrillville. She was put on a ventilator for two weeks fighting COVID while still doing dialysis. The ventilator was removed February 6th and Sandy started to breathe on her own. She is starting to improve but she has a long recovery ahead. It is still unkown how much longer Sandy will be in the hospital. Sandy was transferred to Rush hospital on February 10th for more intensive care while at rush she was confirmed to be covid negative (YAY)
Sandy is a stay at home mom to 5 kids. Her youngest is 6 years old and has special needs. Since Sandy has been in the hospital her husband Larry has been unable to work between being at the hospital to support Sandy and taking care of their kids. They are going through their savings quickly. Plus Sandy’s hospital bills are going to be tremendous for an unforseen stay in the hospital most of which is in intensive care.
The Housman Family could really use our help right now. Please help support Sandy and her family in their time of need. Any size donation will help alleviate the financial burdens that the Housman Family will face.
