Hello my name is Krystal McCabe & I am making this gofundme on behalf of my good friend - Sarah E. Carey.
You may know her as the founder of Soul Warrior Headquarters + Soul Warrior Academy in Hartford & she also held weekly Soul Grit classes for her community.
She is currently under psychiatric care. Throughout this last six months she has gone through heartbreak after heartbreak. All sense of normalcy has been abolished & she is not well. I am happy to say she is in a safe space currently but she is asking for help to get back on her feet.
She has been bouncing around on friends couches & has been living out of a bag so any money raised will go towards housing. Which is currently the number one concern at the moment. This will help her build a new foundation for her + huck - her super sweet puppy.
Huck is in my care getting a complete reset & living his best puppy life.
I have spoken with sarah recently & she is feeling opostimic about life.
She is optimistic about continuing to share her medicine, to begin again & to get back to creating.
