Helping Sholohov Family

On Monday July 6th, lives were forever changed. Nadya Sholokhova, her daughter Katya and Katya’s  friend were involved in a horrific car accident while on the way to what was supposed to be a fun outing to the beach. The accident resulted in the extremely tragic death of Katya’s friend and injury to both Nadya and Katya.  Nadya sustained a broken pelvis and several fractured ribs, and Katya a broken arm.  

If that wasn’t awful enough, on Thursday July 9th there was a fire in the apartment above the Sholokhov’s. Their apartment flooded due to the firefighters (thankfully successful) efforts to put out the blaze, and they have been forced to vacate their apartment and find a new place to live. For now, they are staying in a hotel.

When a new place to live has been secured, there will be moving expenses. Also, because Nadya will not be able to work for awhile, they could use a little help with everyday living expenses as well.

The Sholokhov’s are a wonderful family who could use a little bit of love in these terrible times. They would be forever grateful for any help extended to them.
