Helping Sowonie get an emergency surgery.

Hi my name is Charlesetta Gemkow and I’m fundraising to help my sister Sowonie get an emergency surgery for a life threatening health condition. Sowonie have a twin uterine fibroids.

One is 13 and a half pounds and the other is 14 pounds; these fibroids are causing her to have mini strokes few times a month. They are also causing her to loss her body movements and making it difficult to walk. Sowonie live in West Africa Liberia where they do not have not equip medical facilities to perform the surgery needed to help Sowonie. She also can not have general anesthesia, which may be needed for this procedure. Because of the severity of her condition. And the urgency of the surgery, she need to go to Indian as soon as possible to have a procedure done that will remove the twin fibroids. We already have $3,500 but, that is not enough to cover her medical expenses. We need help rising $18,000 more to pay for the procedure to help safe Sowonie life. Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated. If you are not able to donate sharing this fundraiser will also means a lot to me and my family.
