Helping Stuart and Pam with their flooded house

Pam and Stuart's downstairs living area flooded Christmas Eve due to a pipe that burst. When they got home, water was coming out of the rock on front of the house. They are going to have to move out and let repairs begin. They have insurance but the deductible is high and it will not cover everything they need. The downstairs is almost a total loss. Please, help if you can to get their need met
