On the evening of July 2nd 2023, the Adame's family residence was struck by lightning which caused a devastating house fire.The lightning struck the chimney, causing the fire to quickly spread across the roof, impacting everything below it.

The damage caused by the fire is extensive. large portions of the roof has been destroyed, and parts of it, along with the sheetrock, have collapsed onto the main floor. The entire house is covered in ash, leaving behind a scene of utter devastation. Not only is their ash, but the water and smoke damage is also severe. This has led the residence to be in an unhabitable state, forcing the family to relocate to a local hotel.

The lower floor has also been affected. Fallen sheetrock, smoke damage, and water damage have left the bottom floor in a state of ruin, making it uninhabitable as well.

The family is in dire need of support to begin rebuilding their lives. The challenging road ahead of restoring their home, replacing essential items, and addressing the extensive damage is overwhelming and just begun.
