Helping the Jones family after a tragic accident

Hi my name is Brooke! I am fundraising for my little brother Gavin. Gavin was in a terrible car accident a few days ago and was immediately airlifted to bc children’s hospital in critical condition. He was brought in with severe internal bleeding a collapsed lung and frontal lobe damage. He is currently in a coma, and the doctors are unsure when he will improve.

Gavin is a sweet and loving young man, he loves Basketball, Skateboarding, volleyball, ultimate frisbee & hockey. He’s the sweetest kid you’ll ever meet, he’s very out going and will do anything to help his family and friends. Gavin is extremely smart, and has a great sense of humour and the best laugh! Gavin has always dreamed of being a palaeontologist since he was very little or something in the science field. He is so smart

One of the reasons I’m starting this fundraiser, is because my dad was the sole provider of our family. Unfortunately he was in the accident with Gavin, he has broken ribs, a tear in his lung and torn muscles in his hips, he is starting a slow recovery but is unable to work. My Mother is residing in Vancouver with Gavin. This is an extremely hard time for our family. We have a big family (11) and with our dad out of work we aren’t sure how to make ends meet.
