Helping the Lomento Family!

Hey everyone! We wanted to start this GoFundMe for John, Kimmy and the boys so that they don't have to worry financially during this difficult time.

We wanted to bring all of you up to speed on what is going on with John and his medical care. Many of you know by now that John has been diagnosed with lung cancer as well as ILD (interstitial lung disease) which is now end-stage. John has persevered through many tests, treatments, and rehab to give himself as long as possible to enjoy his wife and kids. Through all of this, John has been unable to work. Recently, John has been given a prognosis of only 6 months, now may be less due to his rapidly progressing condition. As of today, John has finally been able to get home with his family, so he can be comfortable and continue to enjoy his children. With that being said, John is now in home hospice and unfortunately, we don't know when things will progress further.

I am asking all of you to take the time to send him and his family your support. A donation of any kind will be much appreciated and much deserved for this wonderful family.
