Helping the Orphans of Ukraine
Tax deductible
I grew up in an orphanage in Ukraine. I now live in the United States with my host family, but I have kept in touch with many of the other orphans that grew up with me. One of them is Victor Chernyuk. He was never adopted but found a family with the Ukraine Partnership Foundation (UPF), a Baptist Theological Seminary. Now he works with them in their many charitable activities there.
He has asked for my help in raising funds to provide for the orphans of Donetsk who have had to escape their orphanage because of the attack by the Russians. These children are being relocated to other orphanages in Lviv (closer to Poland). Already 100 children have been moved out of Donetsk, but more children still need to be moved to safer locations. The children need food and clothes.
