Helping the Pulcher Family

Donation protected
David Pulcher, 73, of Murphysboro, Illinois has suffered a tragic accident that necessitated EMT intervention and a Life Flight to the Burn Center of Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.

David is a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle that is a pillar of his family and is adored by the community.  He is a devout Christian (member of Immanuel Lutheran Church for over 60 years) who possesses strong work ethics, compassion for all, and a sense of selfless service that should be emulated.

David faces a lengthy stay at Mercy for numerous surgeries/recovery.  The severity of his injuries resulted in the partial amputations of both his legs.  He also suffered severe burns on other areas of his body.  David is facing several months of rehabilitation at a yet to be determined location.  God willing.

David's wife of 55 years, Ruby, has been and will faithfully remain at his side for the duration.  This family has never asked for nor accepted any more than they have earned.  However, during these tumultuous times, they need our support.  Anything to help keep this beloved Husband and Wife, Mother and Father, Grandmother and Grandfather, Aunt and Uncle, and ultimately family and friends together.

David and Ruby need to remain close during these trying times.  Any support in this endeavor will be most graciously appreciated.
