The Celebration of Life for Tyler Cassidy will take place this weekend. Join us in remembrance and honor of his life.

Arrive at 4:15 pm and use the Event Entrance located to the right of the main entrance.

Celebration will conclude at 9 pm. There will be outdoor fire pits lit at sunset to enjoy the evening under the night sky.

Last week the world became a little darker when we lost a great man, husband, father, son, brother and friend.

Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting Tyler knew that he was energetic, funny, positive, and loved his family. His death has taken a lot of us by surprise, but none more so than his family. Tyler leaves behind his wife Rachael, his children Paige, Jerry, Jasmine, Joseph, Nova and Solomon, and a ton of people that considered him a friend.

Losing a loved one is always tough, but the financial burden associated with his death is not something his family should have to endure in this time of need.

Rachael has permitted me to organize this to help her and the kids, so let's show them how much Tyler meant to all of us.

The family has requested that in lieu of sending flowers to the family, please send gifts to the cardiac and emergency teams working with Nathan P Karber, MD, FACEP at Good Samaritan Medical Center in the form of healthy snacks, baked goods and treats, drinks, coffee cards, pizza or deli trays.
