Helping with costs for Mark's funeral

Hi, my name is Coz and I've set up this GoFundMe on behalf of my Mum, Lynda and brother, Jarrod.

Sadly, yesterday morning (2nd June) Mark suddenly passed away leaving behind his wife, son, step children, family & friends. After fighting MS for 7 years, along with multiple other health issues, Mark passed away suddenly after a fall and could not be revived despite the best efforts of mum and Jarrod doing CPR until the paramedics arrived.

Due to the unexpected passing, we weren't prepared for the expenses involved and I want to do what I can to take the pressure of at this time. Any funds raised will go towards the funeral and to help mum take some time off work if she needs it.

Mum has been with Mark for 22 years. He was her calm & she is going to be so lost without him. She has working tirelessly as well as help Jarrod to care for Mark.

Jarrod became a carer for his dad 7 years ago when he was diagnosed; and is also very lost. I am so proud of him for what he's so selflessly done.

Mark was a gridiron coach in Australia for over 30 years and taught so many people how to play the sport.

He founded North West Predators in Sydney as well as South Eastern Predators in Melbourne where he led them to many victories over the years.

Mark was also the vice president and president of Gridiron Victoria and heavily involved in Gridiron NSW where he took them to and won the state championships. Also can't forget to mention that Mark was a HUGE Alabama college ball fan!

Mark adored his family & put them before anyone, often making their dreams come true. He chose to take on 4 bonus kids and love them as his own, and we are lucky he chose us. Mark absolutely adored mum & Jarrod and although he didn't tell them often enough, you just knew.

Any help at this difficult time would be much appreciated. Mum and Jarrod are really struggling with the loss as their lives revolved around Mark & his care. The hole he has left in their hearts will never be filled.

RIP Mark - you will be missed so much.
