Help Sarah finish her degree

oh my god we hit it in 10 minutes im crying thank you so much, ive increased the goal to cover my rent and bills for the last 2.5 months of my course which I don't currently have covered so I'm going to leave it up, any donations will go toward that or transition expenses like laser etc.

Hi! I'm Sarah, I'm a 30 year old trans woman from the UK close to completing a post graduate degree. My living costs had been funded from the start until April and I had been prepared to support myself while I complete my course for the rest of this year, however, my university has sent me a bill for additional fees I wasn't aware of.

Due to severe mental health issues this spring as well as persistant depression and anxiety for my entire adult life I had to take a 3 month leave of abscence over the summer during which I began taking anti-depressants and left the environment that was the largest source of my mental health problems. This break and move, while lifesaving, has been a major financial drain and extended the amount of time I need to support myself while studying.

Because of this I've compromised on certain transition expenses, given up on having savings, and borrowed from people who were half the reason i needed to leave my previous environment. This additional cost is not one I can afford. Without help I will be forced to leave my studies less than six months before I finish. This would mean the last four years of work were wasted and prevent me from gaining a qualification that would potentially allow me to access transition related surgeries in the future.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
