Please help Ivy get Surgery

Hi everyone!
For those who are familiar with my story, I own 3 dogs. One of the 3, is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Tuxedo who was recently Diagnosed after his 4th birthday with Stage 4, Lymphoma Cancer. Thanks tremendously to the public's help, I was able to raise $5k out of his $6k Chemotherapy Treatment using Gofundme. I am now using alternate funding to continue paying the remaining of his treatment costs. Unfortunately, Ivy (Tuxedo's sister) had an underlying injury that I neglected to see how serious it has progressed.
This is Ivy, she is 2 1/2 years old. I adopted her almost 2 years ago this August through a non-profit animal rescue, "Finding A Best Friend for Animals Rescue" who rescue dogs & cats off the streets & from High Kill shelters in Stockton, CA.
For those who aren't familiar with Stockton, CA. Stockton is a rural city known to steal, breed, and use dogs as "bait" dogs for illegal dog fighting. Ivy was one of those dogs who's life was going to be euthanised. Luckily, she was pulled from the high kill shelter & her life was spared.
Ivy (middle) is a very loving & active pup who loves her brother Tuxedo (left) & sister Coco (right). While I was consumed with taking Tuxedo to weekly Chemotherapy Treatments, blood draws, lab tests & follow ups with his Oncologist, Ivy had been slowly tearing her Anterior Cruciate Ligament day by day on her right leg, until she is now unable to walk properly.
I took Ivy on June 1st to get some X-rays done at my work. If you look closely at the top X-ray photo, you can see her kneecap is slightly sticking out more compared to her left knee. This is due to the ligament tearing & causing the femur & tibia bone to "slide" and not sit in place properly. The second X-ray photo shows a tiny little divot where the ligament should be attached to the tibia, but it's torn away.
To alleviate some of her pain, I was able to do some Cold Laser treatments & some Acupuncture with Electrodes. The electrodes help send pulses of electrical waves into the muscles which reduces pain/inflammation, while the Cold Laser treatment will help "heal" the tissue surrounding the ligament at a cellular stage.
I took Ivy this past Wednesday 06/15/15 for a consultation with a Surgeon to repair her Cruciate Tear. There are a couple procedures to fix an ACL tear.
1. is called a TPLO (tibial-plateau-leveling osteotomy) surgery, that is where they cut a peice of her tibia bone in order to re-adjust the position of her knee & place a TPLO bone plate to support the femur so she could walk again. This procedure is a high-risk, very invasive, and VERY expensive ($6k-$8k) surgery.
Option #2 is called a ECLS (external capsular ligament stabilization) surgery, this is when they loop a special material (an artificial ligament) that is placed from the back of the knee joint around to the front, and is anchored just below the knee. This suture material stabilizes the joint and prevents the tibia from "slipping" back and forth after the cruciate ligament has torn. This procedure typically requires two bone channels (tiny holes) to be drilled.
The day after Ivy's consultation, I was given an Estimate of $2,610.47 if I wanted to do option #2. However, because the hospital only accepts payment in full, or Care Credit 6 month payment with no other additional promotional payment plans, I am unable to make the minimum monthly payments AND continue to make payments for Tuxedo's remaining $1k Chemotherapy Treatment he has left.
Ivy has until 06/30/16 in order to come up with the money for her Surgery, or else I have to wait until July 23rd to get in and have her seen.
I work only part-time at a Vet Hospital & unfortunately, I don't make enough money in order to pay for the entire Surgery she needs + Physical Therapy. I have also decided to postpone my schooling to help save some money in order to raise the funds Ivy needs for her Surgery. Insurance will not cover any part of her Surgery either because her limping is considered a "pre-existing" condition.
So here I am asking for assistance to help pay for Ivy's Surgery. I am asking for $2,650.00 due to Gofundme's services. Every time a donation is made on gofundme, they take out a 5% service fee in order to not "bill" me for using their services to post a fundraiser.
The desired amount will be used solely for Ivy's Surgery. This does not include:
1. Follow up visits
2. Physical Therapy Treatments
3. Pain medications
4. ACL Knee Brace
I really wish & hope to get the Surgery done asap. Ivy's Surgeon has warned me that her muscles in her right leg are deteriorating to the point where placing all her weight on her left leg will increase her chances of tearing that ACL as well.
All donations are welcomes, any amount, or sharing her Gofundme page is greatly appreciated. Any type of help or assistance the community can provide in any way, shape or form, I will forever be greatful for. All I want to do, is give her the most comfortable life possible. Ivy is my baby and I will do anything I can for her & my other 2 dogs. They are a member of my family and will forever have a part in my heart.
Thank you for taking the time to read Ivy's story, I will be grateful for whatever donations and shares are made in her contribution.
