Help Jenn Fight Cancer

Jenn has just recently been diagnosed with a rare cancer called Liposarcoma and needs our help in her battle against this cancer. First a little bit about Jenn: 
Jenn is a loving mother to 2 beautiful children, Macy (10) and Noah (4). Macy is a sweet and loving child and cares about everyone. Just a few of the amazing qualities she gets from her mother. Noah is a fun, loving and very active little boy who loves spending time with his mom. Besides being a mother Jenn loves her job as a teachers assistant at a school for autistic children. She loves her students and is very sad to have to leave her position at the school due to her cancer treatments and travel.  

Now a little bit about Liposarcoma: 
As stated before this is a very rare cancer and because it is so rare there is very little known about it. Jenn will need to have an entire team of physicians, in 2 seperate hospitals  because of the cancer. The chemo treatments are so harsh for Liposarcoma she will need to do inpatient stays for each chemo session for at least 3 days at a time. The physicians have currently been unable to give her any typ of prognosis or information about her survival rate with this cancer because of its rarity.
