Help Jennifer LeClair & family as they face the unthinkable.

I am starting a fundraiser in light of a heartbreaking situation faced by Jennifer, her husband and her two living sons. I have known her and her family since her youngest, Parker, was born and diagnosed with the same disease as my children. It turned out to be a different situation because of several things, but invasive and life-ending and we remained connected.

Jennifer has learned in the past couple of weeks that she is near the end of her life. If you know any bit of her story, it probably includes something about her beloved husband, sons, and daugther-in-law and the story of her strong faith.

Jennifer is a devoted mother and wife. Having just met this love of her life, Brian, and married in May 2023, she is greiving heavily the loss of dreams of the life she imagined with him. While she is leaning heavily on her faith, it's an extremely stressful and very sad situation.

Having lost a child, Parker in 2020 and facing the loss of her other son, Jackson, for the last several months, she is suffering from rare surgery complications and her heart is failing and the cumulative impact is causing multi-organ shutdown. She is beginning pallative care to keep her comfortable, along with Jackson who is also in pallative care, and it's beleive she will move at a pace none of us want, which is to hospice care.

I am starting this fundraiser to help her and her family as they navigate this hard and sad next phase of their lives. It will be used however they see fit, but hopefully building some memories, and the end, it will help with the burial expenses of Jennifer and Jackson.
