Help Josh Become a Medical Leader

My name is Joshua Mendoza, and I am a rising Junior at Loyola High School of Los Angeles.  I have been selected to serve as a Delegate to represent the State of California at the 2018 Congress of Future Medical Leaders in Lowell, Massachusetts.  Although I received a scholarship to participate in the Congress, the program requires that I raise money to pay for my travel expenses including airfare, lodging, and meals.

The Congress of Future Medical Leaders is designed to give high school students a plan, path, and encouragement to achieve their dream of becoming a physician or medical scientist. At the Congress, I will observe a live surgery, meet world-renowned medical professionals including doctors, deans of medical schools, former U.S. surgeon generals, and Nobel Prize winners in Physiology and Medicine. From these acclaimed experts in medicine, I will receive leadership training and advice on the best ways to get into and pay for college and medical school.
