Help Liz Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
On April 22nd, 2015, my best friend Liz was diagnosed with invasive micropapillary breast cancer that spread into her lymph nodes at 25 years old. Over the past few months, she has undergone multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and treatments that no one at her age should have to experience. Breast cancer is extremely complicated and Liz will continue to battle this horrible disease for years to come.
Despite Liz having health insurance, there are many costs that are not covered, fertility preservation being one of them, which her doctors highly recommended to ensure her future dream of having children one day.
Initially, Liz was adamant about not raising funds for her medical expenses. However, over the past couple months, the bills have become overwhelming.
My goal is for Liz to continue focusing on fighting and not have to worry about the medical expenses that will continue to grow. Any donation is greatly appreciated and will be a huge help to Liz during this stressful time!! Thank you!!
Liz donated 14 inches of her hair this past summer before starting chemotherapy hoping to help another cancer patient.
