Help me fight Kidney Cancer!!!

I have been fighting Lupus for about 10 years now and over that time I received a lot of help and love. 
I am asking for that help again. I have just found out I have Renal Cell Carcinoma, it a sarcoma and was confirmed genetic and being fueled by my immune disease which is fritening. I was at the ER for something unrelated due to my Lupus and they found 2 masses on a CT of my abdomen. Currently I am waiting for kidney surgery using the Da Vinci robot to remove my right kidney. 
I have health insurance but surgery plus the cost of treatments can add up. 
This will help me keep up with my lupus medications as well as my co insurance on the surgery. 
Da Vinci surgeries can cost just for use of the robot itself over 10k not counting the anesthesia, hospital stay (3-5 days depending on how I am) and medications. 
I also will be undergoing a cystoscope on August 19th to see if my bladder has been affected by the cancer in my kidney. 
This has been scary and has been so stressful not only for myself but my family as well.
