Shelby's fight for wellness

I'm a 33 year old, divorced woman who is in reach of finishing my Bachelor's Degree after 10 years of attending school off and on. However, I have a huge setback right now. Last July I ended my twenty year battle with endometriosis and had a complete hysterectomy. This was not only a physically difficult ordeal to overcome, but also an emotionally challenging decision. I have always wanted children, and now cannot carry them.
From that point on my health has continued to deteriorate. I have been gaslighted by several specialists, but my condition keeps getting worse. At this point in time I have to use a cane to walk, have developed a stutter and memory issues, am consistently dizzy and unable to drive, have developed muscle weakness, especially in my legs, my right hand has curled into what resembles a claw, and I am fighting many other maladies as well. I have an increasingly large list of diagnoses, from Diabetes to systemic, peripheral neuropathy to anxiety and OCD, and also colitis and GI dysfunction. Every day it seems there is a new symptom, and more fear. This has required, and will continue to require extensive medical testing. I have fought so hard to maintain a job, school, and life and not allow this to stop me, but at this time I have no choice but to stop working and take a medical withdraw for the semester.
Recently I've been declared unable to do basic tasks unsupervised and have to use a shower chair, only when there is someone in the house to help me in case I fall. Medicaid is paying for a personal care assistant, and I'm incredibly grateful for that, but I am currently waiting for Social Security to make a decision regarding my claim for disability. They don't have to make a decision until August 30, 2015. I have no way to earn income at this time.
I've always been an incredibly dedicated, hard-working woman, and it pains me to be so dependent, but I need help. Anything that can be given is always appreciated. I will keep everyone updated as to my condition. Any money donated will go toward my living expenses and travel to medical appointments.
If you can't give, I completely understand, but please consider sharing this post. I've always tried to do all I can for others, and now I'm dependent on that kindness being returned.
