I have known Melody since grade school and the economy has me pinching pennies like the rest of us. In times like these we can feel so helpless and hopeless. Melody and her newlywed husband are currently out of work, no vehicle and most recently no roof over their heads! Below is a summary from her about what she has been through in the last few months.
"COVID-19 has killed the production business, neither of us qualified for unemployment, the limo was vandalized, my car was broken into, his phone was stolen and most recently and most traumatic two nights ago while delivering for Postmates (the one small way we had to make money) I was assaulted and held at gunpoint and carjacked. We are so beat down , hurt and frustrated. I never wanted to publicly talk about things but we are at a desperate place right now so we are reaching out for help in any way that you can help. If you can’t help money wise please leave us a comment on a way we impacted your life or a good memory because I’m starting to question if I’ve done any good in this world."
Well if they've already asked for help, why am I on here as well? They have received very little reprieve. So little, that Melody has even posted her own personal belongings for sale. I’m selling my wardrobe; shoes, clothing, purses, accessories and offering styled resale shopping made specific to your unique size and shape. Just send me your sizes before coming over and I will create a collection styled specifically for you to shop through. I can also come to your home and organize and restyle your current wardrobe. You can still shop what she has left here: SHOP NOW
I applaud her even further by also reaching out for other ways to bring in money. I’m looking for remote admin/support type roles and the limo will be back up and running so please let us know if you have an upcoming event you’d like to book. Click here to book future event
It can be so very hard to ask for help when you are the one in need. She has asked for help and more - it breaks my heart to see her still struggling to have her basic needs met.
If nothing else - do it for the doggos - they need a warm home and lots of dog food!
