Help Nija Get To Disney!

Nija Spencer is a rising junior at Rowan University that has been accepted into the Disney College Program’s Fall 2024 Cohort. She obtained a summer job and was laid off unexpectedly after obtaining employment. After losing her job, she immediately began to apply for new jobs in hopes of obtaining employment before she leaves for the semester. Denial letters have piled left and right as she remains hopeful to obtain employment.

The Disney College Program is one of Disney’s popular college programs that Nija has been accepted to. She will be working down at Disney while simultaneously being an intern for Disney. She will not receive her first paycheck until 9/19.

She leaves off to Orlando, Florida by herself on September 9th and has no help. The funds raised for her will pay for new luggage since she has none, luggage fees to be paid and checked in prior to arriving at the airport (checking bags at the airport are super expensive), transportation upon arrival, groceries and necessities until she receives her first paycheck on 9/19.
