Scout Needs Help!

The night of June 1, 2018, our dog Scout started to exhibit signs of loss of use of his hind legs. By the next morning, he was completely unable to stand on his own. After trips to the vet and the emergency vet, it was determined that Scout had a ruptured disc in his spine which caused severe bruising to his spinal cord, causing him to lose the use of his legs. He underwent a very costly surgery to help alleviate pressure on his spine. This surgery has a 50% chance of success. He’s still recovering and we don’t know the outcome yet, but the price of this has already been very high. Plus if the surgery isn’t successful, he may need a dog wheelchair. I’ve never asked for crowdfunding help before but I think this is a good time to start. I’ll post updates when I get them. Thank you!
