Help Piper Home
Donation protected
Hi, Teddy (some of you know him as 540 Gaming, or Richard Tips) and I enjoy quality time with his first daughter, Piper, multiple times a year as she lives out-of-state in Kansas with her mother. On new years day the unthinkable occurred when Piper’s mother Adrienne Deal and her sweet newborn boy were struck and killed by a truck while on their way home. We do not like asking for help but the imminent, sudden need to help 12-year-old Piper adjust as smoothly as possible to a different life in Virginia has changed so much. Money will go to furniture, school supplies, ongoing therapy, travel expenses and much more. Anything is appreciated. Much love, Laura & Teddy.
The following was written of Adrienne, Piper’s mom:
Hello.
My name is Tyler Jae Huneycutt.
I'm a ninth grader at Eisenhower High School in Goddard, Kansas.
Mrs. Deal was my Honors Biology teacher.
She was incredibly cheerful, always made a smile appear on our faces, and treated us as if we were her children.
Every day, my classmates and I would walk into her classroom knowing that we would have the most fun 51 minutes of our entire school day.
And now we can't.
Mrs. Adrienne R. Deal died in a car crash where a semi-truck rear-ended her car, killing her and a baby.
Quick,
instant,
and terrible.
We didn't even get to say goodbye.
In an instant, in a snap of destruction, Mrs. Deal was violently ripped away from us.
And our lives were changed forever.
She had just gotten married last month.
She had four children and spoke of them often with loving words.
She had a large number of pets and treated all of them with care.
