On March 11 noon near George Washington Bridge in NYC
A tragic time Happened when I was cycling,on Hudson River Greeway
i think,when trying to break my fall somehow in awkward ways I twisted my right leg and my body
landed or slammed on top of my leg when fall therefore you fracture the shin bone and small bone (Tibia and Fibula)
as I tried to get up after falling,then I realized I have broken my leg,at first I thought maybe sprained ankle but it’s not....
minutes later a cyclist rode by asking if I needed help,he then informed police whose happened to be in the area,few minutes later a police officer come and helping me
after waiting for 45minutes the ambulance never made it
So,police officer took me to nearby hospital
the New York Presbyterian hospital is only few 10 minutes away
everything when so fast,since arriving at Emergency room until Surgery schedule
very fast,efficient and professional
it’s been 12days since the unfortunate event happening,but the most painful part is the hospital bills I stayed at the hospital for 4 days discarded after surgery
Long recovery time ahead of me,in the meantime I can’t do anything except bed rest,if I can’t work that mean no source of income as i’m An independent worker (or self employ) no work no money.,,my wife work in Dunkin Donut we live in an Apartment with our beloved pet name jack
in this difficult times.,I need the help I can get,just to stay alive,,as an Immigrant I only have my wife and my lovely dog no others family here in US
i don’t even know if asking strangers money is the right thing for me to do,but living in US without source of income is nearly impossible,we have saving but that wouldn’t last long
as we aren’t not a middle class,I don’t even own house Or car
few people know where and what conditions we live in but most don’t
cycling is my passion and I’m very good at it
from bottom of my weary heart,I’m asking your help in this tragic and difficult times to lend a hand helping me coup with it and to ease my wife burden
because,she is the only one I got to take care of me and our little spoiled dog.
