Help Russian & Ukrainian Orphans
Donation protected
There are roughly 230,000 orphans in Russia with over 650,000 in some form of state care. Those orphanages and the reviews for those establishments are terrible, where orphans are being neglected and abused on a daily basis. The reality is, these orphanages are underfunded, understaffed and over populated with children. Due to poor conditions, inadequate nutrition and insufficient emotional care, many of these children are underdeveloped mentally and physically. What even more shocking is that over 95% of those children have living parents!
Due to economic and general health conditions, more and more children are being put up for adoption. Much of the physical, mental and emotional disabilities suffered by Russian orphans could be avoided if there was adequate funding for orphanage upkeep, staffing, food, medical care and some of the comforts of life.
My goal is to raise $5000 to donate to orphan houses located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Being a Russian myself I know the culture and the mentality, so I don’t trust the officials down there. Many are corrupt and can’t be trusted with the donations, because they will use funds for their personal needs. That’s why I’m traveling down there myself this summer, at my own cost, to personally provide those facilities with the things needed such as: building repair, toys, clothes, food and furniture for the kids.
Every kid on this Planet deserves to have a childhood and live in good conditions! Please help me to help them!
Thank you for your help, and may your kindness be returned to you times 100!
